Shipping Policy
Orders placed on business days before 2 PM EST will be shipped the same day, with the only exceptions being public holidays and abnormally high order volume. Orders placed after 2 PM EST will be shipped the following business day. Our standard method of shipping is UPS Standard. Standard shipping can take up to 5-7 business days. While UPS offers reliable and expedient service, errors and delays may occur. We also offer UPS Next Day Shipping through which is expected to be delivered within 1 business days of shipment date. We kindly ask that you please allow for 1-2 business days for your order to process before it is shipped. We ship orders to the address provided by the customer, please make sure that you’re using your correct shipping address. Address changes can only be made before our shipping team has shipped out your order. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped which will include the tracking information provided by UPS. Please double check that your ship to address is correct. Once the package has been picked up by UPS, it is the responsibility of the carrier to deliver the package. Please refer to the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email for details about your shipment and proof of delivery. By providing your email address and/or cell phone number you hereby authorize SoFlo Farms to send shipping confirmation and updates, and customer services inquiries about your order. Packages are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may experience delays.

Regulations surrounding the products offered on this site are constantly changing. We ship our products into states where they are lawful.
Additionally, we reserve the right to amend, alter, or change the list of states we do not ship to at our discretion and without notice to users of this site. Any purchaser of products offered for sale on this site assumes all risk and liability associated with the purchase, possession, and use of these products

Refund Policy
All sales are final. SoFlo Farms may elect to reship orders in the event they are lost or damaged during transit or shipped to an incorrect address.
Cancellation
You have until before your order is processed to cancel your order. You will be notified via email when your order has processed. If your order has been processed and you wish to cancel, you may send it back to us but we do ask that you pay for the shipping costs.
Shipping Refund Policy
All refunds (if granted) will be denied a refund for the shipping cost, unless we are responsible for shipping an incorrect item or at fault for shipping to an incorrect address.
Independent Retail Purchases
We do not handle refunds for purchases made at independent retail locations or 3rd party websites. If you purchased a SoFlo Farms product at a retail location, or through a website other than soflofarms.com, you will need to deal directly with the store or website where you made the purchase, as we have no way to monitor the transactions or sale of SoFlo Farms products after we ship them.
